The military Divisional Commissioner North Brabant and Limburg co-exerting the powers granted to the military authorities in the abovementioned section of the peculiar state of siege in verkeerend territory of the Kingdom in Europe; whereas, the security of the State demands that an advisory committee be established as provided in Section II No. circulairs. 477/70 dated January 27, 1945, from the Chief of Staff Military Government: Having regard to the provisions of the B.B.S.B. and on the content of the above-mentioned circular. Having regard to the Opinion of the responsible leaders of Illegality; Sets with effect from October 17, 1945 for the Kenton Maastricht advisory committee referred to in the circular cited; Decision. to appoint as chairman of this committee Mr. Ch. J. H. I. Paulussen born 08-01-1901 residing in Maastricht, Prince-Bishop Singel 23. And members: Cornelis Wuunink b. 11-09-1919, residing in Maastricht Scharnerweg 103. Arie Hendrik van Mansum, born 03-05-1920, residing in Maastricht, Czar Peterstraat Eight 34. Hubert van Hoof born 10-06-1893, residing at Amby, Fifth Ave. No. 81. Given in Maastricht, October 17, 1945."
