At the Saint John General Hospital, October 28, 1964, Mrs. Fannie Taxar, wife of Hyman B. Taxar, 58 Park Street Extension, survived by one son, five daughters, two brothers, one sister, several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nephews and nieces.
Resting at the vestry of Shaarei Zedek Synagogue, from where the funeral will be held Thursday afternoon with service at 2:30 o’clock. Interment in Shaarei Zedek Cemetery.

Unexpectedly at Keddy Nursing Home, Halifax, Nova Scotia, April 7, 1972, Hyman B. Taxar of Northwood Manor, Halifax, N.S., survived by five daughters, one son, several grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
Resting at the Calvin Funeral Home (Hillsley), 91 Leinster Street, from where the funeral will be held on Sunday with service at 1:30 p.m. Interment in Shaarei Zedek Cemetery.

The funeral of Hyman B. Taxar of Halifax, formerly of Saint John, was held form the Calvin Funeral Home (Hillsley), 91 Leinster Street, with Rabbi Benjamin Eisenberg officiating. Pallbearers were members of the Chevra Kadisha. Interment took place in Shaarei Zedek Cemetery. Memorial week will be observed at the home of Charles Zatsman of 282 Douglas Avenue.
