Zides - At the Saint John General Hospital, August 31, 1965, Mrs. Sarah Zides, 88 Mount Pleasant Avenue, Saint John, widow of Harry Zides, survived by two sons, four grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
Resting at the vestry of the Shaarei Zedek Synagogue from where the funeral will be held Wednesday afternoon with service at 2:30 p.m. Interment in Shaarei Zedek Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers donations to the Canadian Cancer Society or the Jewish National Fund would be appreciated.

Mrs. Harry Zides Dies in Hospital
A woman who was born in Russia, Mrs. Sarah Zides, died in the Saint John General Hospital, Tuesday. She was the widow of Harry Zides.
Mrs. Zides came to Canada 35 years ago and carried on a grocery business in Saint John and later in Coldbrook. She was a member of the Sisterhood of the Congregation of Shaarei Zedek and of Henrietta Szold Chapter of Hadassah.
Surviving are two sons, Murray and Milton, both of Saint John, four grandchildren and several nephews and nieces.
Funeral services were to be held this afternoon in the vestry of the Shaarei Zedek Synagogue. Interment will take place in Shaarei Zedek Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, the family requested donations be made to the Canadian Cancer Society or the Jewish National Fund.
