200+ pages (exact page number unknown as numbering restarts from 1 toward the end of the book); hardcover bound; green fabric covering cardboard, with red fabric sewen on title. Interior pages are beige; consisting of text. Book came in a leather case; case is rectangular, with the top edge cut into a "U", revealing the top of the book. The front of the case has a thin border, which was once gold; there are 3 sheilds (each with a different design) that go diagonally across the front, which are also guilded. Narrative: Received from father in 1987 in Israel. It originally belonged to great-grandfather of donor and was hid during war and recovered later.

612 pages. Hardcover, cardboard bound with string. The cover has a brown fabric base, under a layer of ivory-looking plastic. Attached to the plastic is a silver metal layer, with a cut-out in the middle showing the fabric base, with tiny gold stars. Surrounding the fabric centre, attached on top of the metal base, is a layer of bone, with a floral pattern cut out of the surface, revealing the metal support; inside, attached to the fabric, is another embellishment, plastic and metal, in the shape of 2 tablets with the 10 commandments. A decorative gold floral embellishment has been attached under the bone detailing, also on the metal support. A metal edge has been attached to the edge of the book, and is bordering the plastic. The spine and back cover have been covered with white ivory-looking plastic. There is a flat, rectangular clasp that is attached to the back cover, and hooks onto the front cover, to keep the book closed. The page edges are gilded and the interior covers and flyleafs have a beige, rose and blue floral pattern. Interior pages are beige, with black text.

The inside covers are baby blue; part of the pages have their edges are dyed red, and the rest are left undyed. The pages with the red edges are light beige with black text. Inside front cover has decorative braid border, with spirals on each corner. Narrative: Donor was sent to forced labour in a brick factory in Budapest in November 1944. There she met another prisoner named Arthur Klein, who had brought this machzor with him. After Klein's death, donor kept his machzor. Donor was eventually released using a forged Schutzpass.
