- OBITUARIES: Evening Times Globe, November 16, 1935 Mrs. Minnie Budovitch Dies in Fredericton Mrs. Minnie Budovitch, widow of Max Budovitch, died suddenly early today at Fredericton following an illness of one day. Her husband died in June. She was born in Russia and came out to Saint John 22 years ago but had resided in Fredericton for 15 years. The body will be brought to the city by motor hearse tomorrow morning at 8:30 o’clock for burial here. Surviving are three sons, Nathan Valensky, by a former marriage and Harry and Samuel Budovitch; two daughters by a former marriage, Mrs. Louis Lang and Mrs. Simon Chippin; five step-sons, Louis, Bennie, Ruben, Hyman and Jake Budovitch; two step-daughters, Mrs. Abe Levine and Miss Lena Budovitch, all of Fredericton; her father, Abraham Bercowetz, in Poland; four brothers and one sister in Poland, and one sister, Mrs. Max Zirolnik, New Rochelle, N.Y.
