Narrative: Jacob Borenstaj (Borensztajn) was the father of the donor, Patrick Borensztajn.

- 1 page, single-sided. Folded once vertically and seven times horizontally. Document is a printed customs declaration form, filled in by hand by Mindla de Kort, for a package being sent to Ichcak Teig in Haifa, Israel, containing gifts for a newborn cousin. Narrative: Mindla (Majerczyk) de Kort was the grandmother of the donor. Ichcak (Isaac) Teig was a family member who is also a Holocaust survivor. Isaac was deported from Transylvania; after Liberation he went to Belgium and then immigrated illegally to Israel. He came to live in Montreal in the 1950s. .

Document is a form filled out by Sally Bähr on March 17, 1943, asking Louis de Kort to send him a weekly food package containing bread, jam, apples, cooked vegetables and potatoes in glass or cans, cooked noodles and soup bouillon cubes. The form is sent from Mechelen (Malines) transit camp, and Mr. Bähr's prisoner and transport numbers are written on the form. Narrative: Louis de Kort was the second husband of Mindla (Majerczyk) de Kort, grandmother of the donor. Sally Bähr was a tenant of the de Korts. He was deported from Malines to Auschwitz on April 19, 1943, as prisoner number 551 on transport XX. He jumped off the train but was caught. Transport XX arrived in Auschwitz on April 22, 1943. He was selected for labour and received prisoner number 117-475. Sally Bähr did not survive.

Then he asks about how Ruth is doing and whether they are still visiting her every Sunday. He asks them to send her greetings and a big kiss. He adds that he has received their packages and asks for them to write to him more often and to send more packages. He also asks them to visit Wolf, the man now living in his apartment, and to ask him to send a package sometime.
