- OBITUARIES: Evening Times Globe, September 21, 1937 Baig – At the residence of her daughter, Mrs. Louis Jacobson, 137 Paradise Row, on September 20, 1937, Sarah R. Baig, widow of Harry Baig, leaving two sons, four daughters, four brothers and two sisters. Funeral from 137 paradise Row at 4 p.m. this afternoon. Interment at Fernhill Cemetery. The Evening Times Globe Wednesday, September 22, 1937 The funeral of Mrs. Sarah R. Baig was held yesterday afternoon at 4 o’clock from the residence of her daughter, Mrs. Louis Jacobson, 137 Paradise Row. Due to the fact that this is a holy week of the Jewish people, special services were rendered by Rabbi Beshkin and Babb. Interment was made in the Jewish section of Fernhill Cemetery. The funeral was attended by a large number of friends and members of the Chevra Kadisha acted as pallbearers. Gravestone reference code(s): JM 998.61.214.
