OBITUARIES: Telegraph Journal, October 4, 1956 Levine – At Saint John General Hospital, on Oct. 3, 1956, Jennie Levine, wife of Max L. Levine and daughter of the late Jacob and Esther Benjamin, survived by her husband, three sons, two daughters, one brother, two sisters, five grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. (Halifax papers please copy.) Funeral from the vestry of Shaarei Zedek Synagogue Thursday afternoon with service at 2:30 o’clock. Interment in Shaarei Zedek Cemetery.
