- OBITUARIES: Saint John Globe, June 3, 1924 Mrs. Alice Meltzer, wife of Samuel Meltzer and daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Jacob Dritz, Mount Vernon, New York, died on Sunday at the public Hospital, aged 38 years. She leaves also four daughters and three sons, besides six brothers and six sisters, all in Mount Vernon except Mrs. B. Baig, St. John. The funeral was held on Sunday afternoon with Rabbi Saltzberg officiating. Interment in Fernhill.
