- OBITUARIES: Saint John Globe, June 27, 1924, Page 2 Recent Deaths Charles Goldberg Charles Goldberg who went from Milwaukee, Wisconsin to Newcastle three years ago, died at the Miramichi Hospital, Tuesday, aged 26 years. He is survived by his wife, formerly Miss Lizzie Grosman, Newcastle and one child. The body was taken to St. John on Wednesday for interment. Mr. Goldberg came here from Milwaukee, Wis. about three years ago and conducted a beer and grocery store in McCullam Street. He is survived by his wife, formerly Miss Lizzie Grossman of Newcastle and one child. The body was taken to St. John on Wednesday for interment.
