13 pages, unbound. Collection of poems and woodcuts; one per page. The top half of each page have been embossed, with the poem or woodcut printed over top. The poems are written twice on each page, on the left in Hebrew (handwritten) and on the right in English (typewritten). The woodcuts represent different abstract scenes of before, during and after the Holocaust. The first page has a forward written by a Rabbi, the author of the poems and the artist of the woodcuts. Each poem and print have been title and signed in pencil, with the number 37/100 written on each page. Housed in a white folder with an embossed front.

Rectangular, folded vertically in the middle. The cover has a barbwire illustration across the bottom, with two birds drawn in it.Invitation for the dedication of the Montreal Holocaust Memorial Centre. Announcing guest speaker Emil Fackenheim. Narrative: Guest speaker Emil Ludwig Fackenheim (1916-2003) was a Jewish philosopher and Reform rabbi. He was born in Halle, Germany and was arrested during the 1938 November pogroms (known as Kristallnacht). He was intenrned at the Sachsenhausen concentration camp until he escaped with his younger brother Wolfgang to Great Britain. Fackenheim was sent to Canada in 1940 as an "enemy alien" and interned at an internment camp near Sherbrooke, Quebec. After his release he served ad intermim Rabbi in Hamilton, Ontario (1943-1948). He received a Ph.D. from the University of Toronto with a dissertation on Medieval Arabic Philosophy (1945) and became Professor of Philosophy (1948–1984). He emigrated to Israel in 1984.

Survivors in concentration camp uniforms hold urn of ashes from Auschwitz-Birkenau. The urn was being marched from the Spanish and Portuguese Synagogue to the MHMC. In foreground from left: Aba Beer (in suit and tie), Rose Zucker, Esther Wochiniak (holding urn), unidentified woman, Myer Pulvermacher, Issie Veisfeld (in suit and tie, glasses). Behind Myer Pulvermarcher are Founding President Stephen Cummings (left, with beard) and Tibor Weinberger.(right). Narrative: These Montrealers, all survivors of the Holocaust except Stephen Cummings, played a vital role in the creation of the MHMC in 1979.

Coin: on the obverse, is the portrait of Korczak, looking straight forward. On the reverse, is the Coat of Arms for the People's Republic of Poland. Inset, without adhesive, into a blue backboard. Housed in a clear, square box: the lid and bottom are clear, with small ridges along the edge. Narrative: Janusz Korczak, (the pen name of Henryk Goldszmit) was a Polish-Jewish educator, children's author, and pediatrician. After spending many years working as director of an orphanage in Warsaw, he refused freedom and stayed with his orphans when the organization was sent from the Ghetto to Treblinka extermination camp in 1942.
