- Oblong bowl extending from a thin metal handle with a slight curve. The top part of the handle extends slightly into a diamond on each side. The bottom edge is shaped into a curved point. 2 rows of 5 thin horizontal ridges decorate the handle (obverse and reverse): the first row is just below the top diamond formation; the second row is just above the bottom edge of the handle.

Green background, embroidered pattern in gold on bottom third, with central white detailing on red background and two white circular details on either side. Embroidered Hebrew text (most likely a name)within a rectangle, with another Hebrew word on top. Fringe around outer edge. Narrative: The mezuzah is a scroll of parchment inscribed with biblical verses, affixed to doorways of Jewish homes. In North Africa, the scroll is rolled and covered by an embroidered fabric holder.

- Mounted on a backing board for the year, with a photograph of ghetto council leader Moredechai Chaim Rumkowski at the top. Calendar contains information about the Lodz (Litzmannstadt) ghetto history At the bottom of every page is a slogan or a quote of a Rumkowski speech (e.g. "Be sparing with electricity and gas", "Nobody has to be hungry in the ghetto", "For the good of the ghetto you have to follow my way", "The young people have to learn a trade"). The appendix includes an address and telephone register of all the work resorts and departments of the ghetto.

- 1 page, color printed with image of large multi-colored stone memorial with 3 peaks. Star of David at top of centre peak. 4 pillars topped with ornaments spaced evenly across. Inset between first and second pillar, on left side, image of man weeping, standing over grave. Smaller image between smaller pillars underneath, depicting large tree next to white structure in desert. On right side, between third and fourth pillars is mirror image of woman weeping, standing over grave, underneath it is smaller biblical image of robed figures praying at a wall. Centre section has image of a page with Yiddish writing, empty spaces to write in Yarzheit dates. Below it is a lamp topped with an eternal flame. Narrative: The yahrzeit is the anniversary of a person's passing. People remember the person in the synagogue by reciting the kaddish prayer but also through charity donations.

- Decorative base with petal-like edges. The base is decorated with a repeated high-relief design of lines, spheres and heart-like leaves, with a stippled surface. Extending from the base is a rounded column with beveled tiers and additional leaf-like, high-relief designs. At the top of the column is a round candle holder, with a repeated high-relief flower design along the circumference, backed by small striations in the metal. The columns screw onto the main base. The base is hollow with a wide rim to act as a support.

Narrative: The Lodz Ghetto (Ghetto Litzmannstadt in German) was the second-largest ghetto (after the Warsaw Ghetto) in German-occupied Poland. Situated in the town of Lodz it was originally intended as a temporary gathering point for Jews. It was a major industrial centre, providing much needed supplies for Nazi Germany and especially for the German Army. Because of this productivity, the ghetto managed to survive until August 1944, when the remaining population was transported to Auschwitz. It was the last ghetto in Poland to be liquidated.

There is pink piping along each edge. The purse closes like an envelope and fastens with a snap button. - Coin: on the obverse, is the portrait of Korczak, looking straight forward. On the reverse, is the Coat of Arms for the People's Republic of Poland. Inset, without adhesive, into a blue backboard. Housed in a clear, square box: the lid and bottom are clear, with small ridges along the edge. Narrative: Janusz Korczak, (the pen name of Henryk Goldszmit) was a Polish-Jewish educator, children's author, and pediatrician. After spending many years working as director of an orphanage in Warsaw, he refused freedom and stayed with his orphans when the organization was sent from the Ghetto to Treblinka extermination camp in 1942.
