Membership card for Hakoah swimming club, Vienna. Folded in two, 12 stamps on inside with the Star of David, one for every month the club card was used. Narrative: Peter Braun (Donor's husband) used this card to access The Hakoah Vienna sports club, which was known for producing Olympic athletes before the Second World War. Peter Braun escaped Austria thanks to the Kindertransport.

Document is a certificate of naturalization, isued to Meilach Magid by the Canadian government. On verso, personal details are typed into a printed form within a black border. Narrative: The donors parents were Meilach Magid and Yocheved Bejlach, both teachers. They came to Canada in 1921, returned to Poland, and then settled in Canada in 1924. Meilach was born in Knyszyn, Poland in 1894. He graduated from McGill in 1929. He was the principal of United Talmud Torah School and later founded Herzliah High School in 1946.

Housed in a frame with moulded oblong rings around the border, and a beveled inner edge; glass glazing. The dust cover is nailed to the frame, with a stand in the centre. Narrative: Krant family in Poland, son is the only one who survived the Holocaust and settled in Montreal after the war.

1 page, double-sided. On recto is a b&w outdoor photograph of a group of young adults reclining in a forest clearing. At centre of group lies an acoustic guitar. Thick white border. On verso, handwritten Yiddish text. Document is a postcard. Narrative: The donors parents were Meilach Magid and Yocheved Bejlach, both teachers. They came to Canada in 1921, returned to Poland, and then settled in Canada in 1924. Meilach graduated from McGill in 1929. He was the principal of United Talmud Torah School and later founded Herzliah High School in 1946.
