- 1 page, double-sided horizontal paper. Recto and verso contains handwriting of Erzsike Békés. Verso at bottom left, dated "944 IV 28." At right, addressed to "Weinberger Gustav / 108/101 msz. / Borgoprund". At top right, illegible signature of controller in red colour pencil. Narrative: Donor is Elaine Kalman Naves, daughter of Gustav and Anikó Weinberger. The card is from Erzsike Békés to Gustav Weinberger confirming that the Weinbergers arrived safely in Kisvárda. The correspondence was under supervision by a controller. This collection of correspondence was used as part of the research for the following book: Kalman Naves, Elaine. Journey to Vaja: Reconstructing the World of a Hungarian-Jewish Family. Montreal: McGill-Queen's University Press, 1996. Print.
