Interior pages are a dark beige. The first half of the report is text, the second half shows pictures of liberated concentration camps. Narrative: Received from UNRRA. 82 pages. Hardcover, cardboard bound with staples, glue and fabric. Covers are dark green fabric; front cover has 2 blue and white flowers with stems painted on; pages have silver gilded edges. Inside covers are pattered with brown interlocking flowers and lines. Pages are divided into sections pale pink, blue-green and yellow with autographs in pencil and ink. The book is less than half full. Narrative: This autograph book belonged to Syma Rabinovich donor's mother. It is filled with wishes, quotations and etc.,written by her friends and relatives.

46 pages. Hardcover, cardboard bound with fabric tape and staples. Covers are green-brown with a crocodile-skin pattern, with dark red fabric tape along the spine. Inside covers are beige; 2 strips of fabric tape are holding together 2 stapled booklets of folded pages. Interior pages are beige with blue lines; numbered poems are handwritten in pencil or black or blue ink throughout. Narrative: Written from June 12, 1942 to March 31, 1948, poems written by various prisoners of Parschnitz labor camp

Contains personal information filled in by hand, multiple officiating stamps. Work permit for Avrum Katz from Kowel, No. 1313. Narrative: Born in 1892, Mr. Katz was the donor’s father. Her mother was Rebecca Pfeffer. They moved to England in 1939, and from there they travelled to New York to attend the World’s Fair. They were denied citizenship in the USA so they came to Montreal. Avrum worked as a peddler and attended University at night to become a civil engineer. He died in 1942.

Fred Rose (born Fishel Rosenberg) was a member of the Communist Party of Canada and the Labour-Progessive Party. He served as MP of the Cartier district and the first Canadian MP elected as a communist. In 1946 he was arrested in the first Cold War spy trials.

Notes
Section Officer Rose Goodman of New Glasgow, Nova Scotia, was reported killed accidentally (R.C.A.F. Casualty List No. 487), when the Crane training plane in which she was flying from Lethbridge crashed near Claresholm, Alberta. She was the first member of the Women’s Division of the Royal Canadian Air Force to lose her life on active service. Section Officer Goodman enlisted in the R.C.A.F. in October 1941 and received her preliminary training in Toronto, where she was a member of the first glass to graduate from the Administrative Training Course. After serving as sergeant instructress at Moncton, New Brunswick, she was commissioned and was posted to Alberta as adjutant. The New Glasgow News wrote of her passing: “...She made her choice; she has given her life for her country. “She served—and died—that men may fly. “That we may win this war.”
