- 1. Many of the photographs seen in this excellent production came from the Ottawa Jewish Archives. 2. Donated by Alice Baker, July 23, 2008. 3. A CD called Beth Shalom Pictures containing raw material used to compile "Bubbles & Bites" was also donated. Various families donated photos for the production such as Jess Abelson, Stanley Goldberg, Robert Smith, etc. 4. Five Digital video tapes containing raw interview segments conducted in May 2008 were also donated. These professional tapes cannot be viewed at the archive. 5. Beth Shalom sold this DVD to congregants. 6. Both the DVD and CD are stored in Multimedia Box 1. 7. A video presentation for the 50th anniversary celebration of Beth Shalom called "An evening of Bubbles & Bites".
