- Signalman Leslie Gilbert Dover, R.C.C.S., of Ottawa, Ontario, was officially reported killed in action in Belgium on December 9 1944. He was buried in the Schoonselhof Cemetery in Antwerp, Belgium. He enlisted in the Canadian army on March 18, 1942, and sailed for overseas on June 1, 1942. A brother, William E. Dover, served with the Lorne Scots Regiment.

- Private Samuel N. Nichols of Toronto, Ontario, was killed in action in Belgium on October 14, 1944, according to an official announcement. He was killed when the vehicle in which he was riding was hit by a shell. Private Nichols enlisted in the army in June 1942 and went overseas in July of the same year. There is a Star of David on his tombstone (CJCNA photo (PC1/1/6).

He was posted overseas in May 1944 and volunteered for service with the British army.
