- OBITUARIES: Saint John Globe, May 8, 1918 The death took place suddenly on Tuesday at Bristol, Carlton County, of Joseph Koven, aged 56 years. The deceased, formally of St. John, is survived by three sons and one daughter, M. Koven, Sydney; B. Koven and Annie, of Bristol. The body was brought to the city on the CPR train Tuesday evening. Interment will be made in the Jewish Cemetery. Gravestone reference code(s): JM 998.61.115. Memorial plaque in synagogue: Nathan and Mary Meltzer- E5.
