- Hardcover, bound in brown leather with a carved low relief border design and title in the centre. In the middle of the design is a metal adorment Coat of Arms: 2 knights standing with a shield in between; above the shield is a lion and crown; parts of the adornment have been painted red and black. Metal adornments are also attached to each corner: larger corner adornments are found on the obverse, smaller corner adornments are found on the reverse. The inside covers and flyleafs (front and back) have been lined with shiny purple fabric, with a low-relief floral border stamped into the leather edge; the fabric covers cardboard on the flyleaf. The first page has the declaration of making Adam Wunder an honourary citizen. The centre pages open flat, held in with a purple ribbon: on the right side is more typewritten text followed by handwritten signatures; an orange wax seal is found just above the signatures. Narrative: For Adam Wunder, honorary citizen certificate of Budweis.

The t.l. has a red-brown stamp written "KOLEK / 3 / Kc / REPUBLIKA CESCKOSLOVENSKA / 1938". Narrative: The family never got to the United States because they did not know they had to pay the American Embassy in 1938.
