Instructions are on the verso. The subject of the form is Renia Mondschein's retirement pension. Narrative: Renia Moszenberg, later Mondschein, was born in Kielce, Poland on 1924-08-08. In 1942-04, a ghetto was created in Kielce and Renia stayed in the Kielce ghetto until May 1943. She was then deported to Pionki's labour camp near Radom in Poland. From July 1944 to February 1945, she worked in a ammunition and weapon factory in a sub-camp of Auschwitz, known as Hindenburg (now Zabrze, Poland). Renia Moszenburg was committed to Concentration Camp Mittelbau-Dora, coming from Concentration Camp Auschwitz where she received the Prisoner Number: A 14 893, on 1945-01-28. She was brought to Nordhausen near Bergen-Belsen, Germany where, on 1945-04-14, she was liberated by the British armed forces. After the war, she lived in a Displaced Persons Camp in Germany where she met her husband Max Mondschein. She came to Canada in January 1948 and settled in Montreal.

The pages are beige with black typewritten text; after a short forward, each page following is divided into several rows and 7 columns: each row outlines the details of each deported person. The columns are (left to right): family name, first name, maiden name, place of residence, birthdate, date of death and deportation target. Some names have dates next to the date of death, other names say either 'verschollen' (missing) or 'als tot erklaert' (declared dead).

The cover is of an illustration of the Jewish gate and of 3 men standing in a group, wearing hats with a point, the one in front middle is holding a book. On the interior, left side of the booklet, contains a brief history of the situation for Jews in the years 1281, 1381 and 1981 (with special focus on Rabbi Jakob Weil). The right side shows the program for three events (lecture of Dr. Helmut Veitshans) on January 16th, 18th and March 8th 1981.

- b&w with white border, 3 pictures printed on the same sheet of paper. Picture in top left corner shows the Synagogue on Oranienburgerstrasse in Berlin. Picture in top right corner shows a plaque Commemorating the 100 years anniversary of the Oranienburgerstrasse synagogue. The synagogue was burned down during the novembre pogrom (Kristallnacht). Bombs destroyed it in the year 1943. Bottom picture shows Bishop Schoenherr speaking in front of the ruines of the synagogue on Oranienburgerstrasse on November 9th, 1988. Flowers and candles on the floor and crowd of people listening to the Bishop.

- Three pages, double-sided printing, compiled into a booklet of twelve pages in length, crease horizontally and vertically, includes Austrian airmail envelope. This 1978 annual report describes Simon Wiesenthal Center’s pursuit of Nazi war criminals. Printed for the purpose of spreading awareness of current Nazi and Nazi criminal's activity with the goal that these periodicals will inform the public and invite further leads as to the location of other Nazi criminals who have not stood trial for their crimes. Narrative: Rev. Isodore Lorincz was born 6 January 1908 in Hungary. His parents were Lowi Netti and Loliner (?) Jakob. He attended high school and Yeshiva, and graduated from the Jewish Theological Seminary of Budapest with ordination and smicha. During World War 2 his family was killed in Auschwitz. He came to Canada in 1957 after fleeing the revolution in Hungary. He served in two congregations before serving the Shaare Zedek Congregation as ritual director, then as Chazzan Sheni with a congregation in Hamilton, Ontario, for three years. Afterwards he served as rabbi in Port Colborne, Ontario. He settled in Montreal, Quebec, in 1962 where he became Chazzan Sheni for the next 26 years. He and his wife, Zita, continued to live in Montreal until there death around 2005.

- 1 cardstock page folded in half vertically. On the recto are Max Mondschein personal information. A b&w picture of Max Mondschein is glued on the c.r. inside the license. The license gives the holder the permission to drive a motor vehicle. Narrative: Max Mondschein was born in Husiatyn (Austro-Hungarian Empire, later Poland, today Ukraine) on 1908-03-16. He moved to Vienna (Austria) early in life. On 1939-09-11, Max Mondschein was deported to the Buchenwald concentration camp as a political prisoner. He was transferred to Auschwitz on 1942-10 where he received the Prisoner Number: 68 585. He was transported to Buna to serve as forced laborer for the I.G. Farben chemical industry from 1942-12 to 1944-12. From 1944-12 to 1945-04, he was confined in a camp near the town for Ellrich, Germany. He was used as forced laborer in the Sachsenhausen-Oranienburg concentration camp in 1945-04 and was liberated on 1945-05-02. After the war, he lived in a Displaced Persons Camp in Germany where he met his wife Renia Maszenberg. He came to Canada in October 1947 and settled in Montreal.

- 7 two-sided pages. A booklet form regarding compensation for Holocaust victims. The document is blank. Inside, a leaflet, without page number, is inserted to give instructions. Throughout the document, ten sections are identified with roman numerals. Narrative: Deszo Losoncy, also known as Löwy or Losonczy, was born in Szentes, Hungary on 1904-04-12. He was deported to Birkenau, Poland for 14 to 16 months as a political prisoner. In this concentration camp, he was forced to work and clean Dr. Josef Mengele's laboratory. Later, Deszo Losoncy was also detained in Sachsenhausen, Germany, where he was liberated on 1945-04-25 by the Red Army. After the war, he lived in Budapest, Hungary and became a textile professional. He left Hungary soon after the Hungarian Revolution of 1956 and settled in Montreal, Canada in 1957-01 with his wife Sylvia Holcz.

- 1 page. One-sided. A letter to Max Mondschein from the Compensation Treuhand G.M.B.H. The text is small and placed on the c. of the page. The subject of the letter is the compensation of Max Mondschein for the persecutions he encountered during the NSDAP regime. Narrative: Max Mondschein was born in Husiatyn (Austro-Hungarian Empire, later Poland, today Ukraine) on 1908-03-16. He moved to Vienna (Austria) early in life. On 1939-09-11, Max Mondschein was deported to the Buchenwald concentration camp as a political prisoner. He was transferred to Auschwitz on 1942-10 where he received the Prisoner Number: 68 585. He was transported to Buna to serve as forced laborer for the I.G. Farben chemical industry from 1942-12 to 1944-12. From 1944-12 to 1945-04, he was confined in a camp near the town for Ellrich, Germany. He was used as forced laborer in the Sachsenhausen-Oranienburg concentration camp in 1945-04 and was liberated on 1945-05-02. After the war, he lived in a Displaced Persons Camp in Germany where he met his wife Renia Maszenberg. He came to Canada in October 1947 and settled in Montreal.

The Star of David appears printed at the top centre, and the book's title is printed bottom right corner. Interior pages are beige, typewritten in black ink, consisting of text, charts and lists. Narrative: This book is about the persecution of the Jews in Ulm. It contains historical information about the Jews in Ulm in the 19th and 20th century. There are records of the Nazi administration, abstracts of laws and furthermore abstracts of newspaper articles as well.
