Yellow rectangular plaque with decorative border running on all sides; at top centre of border is a small portrait of Theodor Herzl with an Israeli flag on either side. On right border is an image of a man holding a pickaxe, standing in a field. On left border is an image of an angel supporting a collapsing figure. At bottom is a harbor scene, with 2 boats in a body of water, framed by modern buildings and trees. Plaque is engraved with the Hebrew text of the Israeli Declaration of Independence. Under text, the 37 signatures of the Provisional State Council are engraved. Narrative: The original owner was a Mr. Openheim, a friend of the donor. Mr. Openheim was born in Russia and survived the war in China. He emigrated to Israel in 1948, and received this plaque as thanks for his financial support for the founding of the state.

Narrative: This is a booklet of the opera “The Emperor of Atlantis” by Victor Ullman and Peter Keen. The opera was composed while their imprisonment in the concentration camp Terezin (Theresienstadt). The opera was performed in the Frederic Mann Auditorium in Tel Aviv.

Cup suppored by a thin, cylindrical stem and a round base. Cup flares out from the bottom to the centre and tapers in from the centre to the top. The middle-top part of the up has an embossed leaf pattern. Spaced evenly apart, above the flare, are 3 decorative oval details, raised from the cup surface. The top edge has a beveled lip. The bottom of the cup/top of the stem and the bottom of the stem have decorative detailing, resembling rope, looping like waves around the circumference. The base has beveled tiers, with metal wave details and coiling along the circumference, near the beveled edge. On the stem, above the coils, is a raised half circle with Hebrew lettering. Narrative: Cup was made at Bezalel Academy of Art and Design, Israel's national school of art, founded in 1906 by Boris Schatz.

It was published in 1960 in Israel. The original title is “The grave is in the cherry-orchard” and it was written in 1946. The intorduction was written by Dr. Siegfried Rosenzweig. The contain of the book shows the deportations of the Nazis in the Bukovina (Romania) from 1942 - 1943. The book is written in form of a dairy.

Outdoor, group portrait. Five adults and two children pose infront of a house. On the back row, standing from left to right are Chana Minzberg, Shlomo, Nimrod Drori (Dina's son), Bezalel Drori (Dina's husband) and Dina Minzberg. In front of them, Tonia Mintzberg is holding Chana's daughter Tirza. Narrative: Jan Mlynarczyk was recognized as a Righteous Among the Nations in 1990 for his rescue of a Jewish family in a small shtetl named Koszyce (Poland). The seven family members he saved were Tonia Lowenstein, Chana Minzberg, Dina Minzberg, Mania (Miriam) Lowenstein, Hadasa Kaminska Mandelbaum, Asher Mandelbaum and Dina Mandelbaum Spiegel. Mlynarczyk provided false Christian identity papers as well as hiding places for them. They are believed to be the only surviving Jews of their village.

Narrative: This photograph probably belonged to Alice Eckstein's sister, Rachel, who founded the Communist Party in Israel. She emmigrated to Palestine in 1923. She was later deported back to Belgium in 1930 by the British.
