- 2 pages document with 2 stamps and seal. This document was given to Mr. Avrum-Aron Soicher by Franz Ossovsky, notary of the city of Kremenchug (Ukraine, Russia). No. 5610. Narrative: This document is the power of attorney which was given by 2nd guild merchant Mee Nonchmanovich Papoport of the city of Proskurov(now: Khmelnytskyi ), Kremenchang district (russia) to commoner Avrum - Aron Iankelevich Sojher. By this power of attorney Mr. Rapoport authorized Mr. Sojher to administrate and to govern the movable and immovable property which belongs to Mr. Rapoport in the city of Proskurov. The document was registered by Mr. Franz Mikhailovich Ossovsky, the notary of the city Kremenchong, September 21, 1915. Registered No. 5610
