OBITUARIES: Evening Times Globe, August 20, 1983, Page 12 microfilm # 287 M. J. Brym – Montreal The death of M. J. Brym of Montreal and formerly of 109 Germain Street, Saint John, husband of the late Sarah (Goldberg) Brym, occurred on Thursday after a brief illness at the Jewish General Hospital in Montreal. Born in Poland, he was son of the late Haim and Bylah (Popial) Shalom Brym. He lived most of his life in Saint John. He was in the clothing manufacturing industry. He was a member of the Congregation Sharrei Zedek and was very active in Synagogue affairs. He is survived by two cousins, nieces and nephews. The body is resting at Castle Funeral Home (Hillsley), 91 Leinster Street from where the funeral will be held Sunday with service at 10 am. Interment in the Shaarei Zedek Cemetery. Gravestone reference code(s): JM 997.111.109. Memorial plaque in synagogue: Samuel Meltzer - A3 .
