- This doument stated the satisfied dismissal of Margaretha van Mansum, sister of Arie van Mansum. The approximate translation of the document is as follows: On behalf of the Medical department of the Central Committee of the Netherlands Red Cross, the undersigned declares that Miss Margaretha van Mansum during the period December, 1946 [possibly meant as 1945?] through March, 1946 in the Red Cross Corps (Social and Sanitary Teams) held a function. Dismissal was granted in connection with the abolition of Social and Sanitary Teams on 1 April 1946. Miss M. van Mansum in that period worked to full satisfaction. For the Medical department, Head Sanitary Teams, Dr. J. Zeldenrust" "Central administration of the Netherland red cross.

- The card was originally stolen in Belgium. Arie had the previous owner's picture removed and his own picture put in its place. A friend from the police station copied the stamp to complete the forgery. Arie would use this card every once in a while when he would travel to Belgium.
