- Marvin Rotrand was born in 1951. He taught Cree Indians in the North; was elected as Snowdon district Montreal City Councillor with Montreal Citizens Movement in 1982, 1986 and 1990; resigned from MCM to help form Democratic Coalition of Montreal; social action activist, tenants rights advocate.
