- Notes
- Oval plate with a shallow lip along the circumference; in the centre are 2 circles, slightly raised and pointed in the centre. There is a border of painted oranges (peaches?) on vines with leaves along the circumference, with the design extending on each end with a larger bundle of fruit. On the reverse, on each end, there is a very thin platform attached to the main surface. Narrative: The plate was used in Lipkani as well as later in Montreal by Libman Ethel’s parents as a matza plate.
