1 page, color printed with image of large multi-colored stone memorial with 3 peaks. Star of David at top of centre peak. 4 pillars topped with ornaments spaced evenly across. Inset between first and second pillar, on left side, image of man weeping, standing over grave. Smaller image between smaller pillars underneath, depicting large tree next to white structure in desert. On right side, between third and fourth pillars is mirror image of woman weeping, standing over grave, underneath it is smaller biblical image of robed figures praying at a wall. Centre section has image of a page with Yiddish writing, empty spaces to write in Yarzheit dates. Below it is a lamp topped with an eternal flame.
Narrative: The yahrzeit is the anniversary of a person's passing. People remember the person in the synagogue by reciting the kaddish prayer but also through charity donations.
