- 1 page, double-sided horizontal paper. Recto contains handwriting of Miklos Weinberger. Dated at top right "Kisvárda, 1944.V 5" and signed at bottom what appears to read "Miku". Verso, bottom left contains sender's address: "Weinberger Miklos / 122 vep. msz. Kisvárda". Right side addressed to "Weinberger Gustáv / 108/101 mu. mszd / Borgóprund [Bihar has been crossed out]". At top right, signature in red colour pencil of controller, illegible. Narrative: Donor is Elaine Kalman Naves, daughter of Gustav and Anikó Weinberger. The correspondence was under supervision by a controller.This collection of correspondence was used as part of the research for the following book: Kalman Naves, Elaine. Journey to Vaja: Reconstructing the World of a Hungarian-Jewish Family. Montreal: McGill-Queen's University Press, 1996. Print.
