1 page, double-sided horizontal paper. Recto, in handwriting of Mancika Mandula Weinberger, signed "Manci" and dated "III.30". Below is handwriting of Pali Weinberger. At bottom right, signed in pencil "Dori" [Hornstein] and "Feri [Székacs]. Verso contains handwriting of Ilona and Kalman Weinberger. Dated at bottom "III/30". At right, addressed to "Weinberger Gustav / 108/101 msz." in "Maroshéviz" [which has been crossed out in black ink], Maros-Torda county. At top right, signature of Captain Soós. Card contains correspondence between the Weinberger family and Gustav Weinberger, contains family updates and well-wishes. Narrative: Donor is Elaine Kalman Naves, daughter of Gustav and Anikó Weinberger. The letter is in the handwriting of the Weinberger family addressed to Gustav. Kalman (1880-1944), Mancika (1910-1944) -- the first wife of Gustav Weinberger -- Ilona (1881-1944) and Pal Weinberger (1908-1945). All but Gustav were killed in Auschwitz in 1944. The correspondence was under supervision by Captain Soós. This collection of correspondence was used as part of the research for the following book: Kalman Naves, Elaine.
