- HOCHBERG, Abe Mark At Hillel Lodge on Tuesday, August 9, 2005 at the age of 77. Beloved husband of Bernice. Loving father of Linda (Steven Kerzner) and Norma (Brian Silverstone). Devoted grandfather of Jessica, Lorne, Sabrina and Julia. Cherished brother of Rose Goldberg and the late Hy Hochberg. Dear brother-in-law of Pauline Hochberg, Lillian Kahan and the late Harry Goldberg, Saul Kahan and Stella Goodman. He will be fondly remembered by many nieces and nephews. A Funeral Service will be held at the Jewish Memorial Chapel, 1771 Cuba Ave. on Wednesday, August 10, 2005 at 1 pm. Interment Jewish Community Cemetery, Bank St. Shiva will be held at 12 Craigmohr Court. Donations to the Ottawa Jewish Community Endowment Fund in the name of Abe and Bernice Hochberg would be appreciated.
