- 1 postcard, double-sided horizontal paper. Recto top right addressed to "Mancikam" and "Gustikam". Verso contains a printed heading along the top and is dated at the bottom left "1943. apr. 13". Postcard is addressed to "Weinberger Gustav" in Nyíregyháza, Petofi Sandor U. 18/A from Ersike Ullmann. Narrative: Donor is Elaine Kalman Naves, daughter of Gustav and Anikó Weinberger. The letter and is in the handwriting of Erzsike Ullmann and is addressed to Gustav and Mancika Weinberger. Mancika (born 1910) was the first wife of Gustav. She was killed in Auschwitz in 1944. This collection of correspondence was used as part of the research for the following book: Kalman Naves, Elaine. Journey to Vaja: Reconstructing the World of a Hungarian-Jewish Family. Montreal: McGill-Queen's University Press, 1996. Print.
