- Notes
- Two women standing side by side, one with her arm around the other. They appear to be outside in the sun, as there is a window behind them. At left is Sophie Ehrman (nee Mostny), the donor' grandmother, a white haired old woman in a black coat with a scarf on her head; at right is a younger woman, Zdena Ehrman, the donor's mother who has dark hair and a black coat. Both are smiling. The photo was taken before they were sent to a concentration camp. They did not survive the Holocaust. Narrative: The donor believes that he and his brother Charles (Karel) were the only survivors from their village of Strakonice.
