- News Story: Mr. Maislin was out on bail, due in court on theft/robbery charges. Du 9 April, he was chased and shot in the neck by police after a break-in. He survived that injury. Mr. Maislin was riding his motorcycle when he rammed into the rear of a truck on Villeneuve St. near Henri Julien. Died in hospital, soon after of skull injury. Montreal retail butchers Association expressed sympathy to Maislin family.
