Flying Officer Mortimer (Max) Sucharov of Winnipeg, Manitoba, was reported killed in action overseas on December 2, 1944. Enlisting with the R.C.A.F. in August 1942, Flying Officer Sucharov graduated as a navigator from No. 5 Air Observers School at Winnipeg in October 1943. He went overseas in April 1944.
