- The front of the postcard shows a portrait picture of David Wolffsohn. Wolffshohn (1856-1914) was a Lithuanian-Jewish businessman and second president of the Zionist Organization from 1905 to 1911. Narrative: This postcard was written by Bernhard Kissman (Donor's father) to his fiancee Fritzi Winter (Donor's mother) who lived at that time with her parents in Tescheutz, Bukowina. They got married in July 1913. Bernhard Kissman worked at various places in forestry. Postcards between them were written daily, often a letter followed.
