- The front has an illustration of a men folding a letter on the left of him is a flying carrier pigeon. In the background to the right is a picture of a woman with a carrier pigeon. Narrative: This postcard was written by Bernhard Kissman (Donor's father) to his fiancee Fritzi Winter (Donor's mother) who lived at that time with her parents in Tescheutz, Bukowina. They got married in July 1913. Bernhard Kissman worked at various places in forestry. Postcards between them were written daily, often a letter followed.
