- 1 page, double-sided horizontal paper. Recto and verso contains handwriting of Erzsike Békés. Verso, right side addressed to "Weinberger Gustáv / mszd. / Borgóprund / Besztercze Naszod m.". At top right, illegible signature of controller in red colour pencil. Narrative: Donor is Elaine Kalman Naves, daughter of Gustav and Anikó Weinberger. The card is sent from Mrs. Dr. Kalman Békés to Gustav Weinberger and contains updates on the Weinberger family's relocation to the Kisvarda ghetto. The correspondence was under supervision by a controller. This collection of correspondence was used as part of the research for the following book: Kalman Naves, Elaine. Journey to Vaja: Reconstructing the World of a Hungarian-Jewish Family. Montreal: McGill-Queen's University Press, 1996. Print.
