- 1 page, double-sided horizontal paper. Recto contains handwriting of Agi Békés, dated at bottom left "Debrecen, 1944.VI.12." and signed at bottom right "Agi". Verso, handwriting of Erzsike Békés. Right side addressed to "Weinberger Gusztav / 108/101 m.sz. / Borgoprund / Beszterce-Naszod m."Sender's address at left "Dr. Békés Agnes / Debrecen, Simonffy u. / 32.". At top left, signature of Captain Soós in red colour pencil. Narrative: Donor is Elaine Kalman Naves, daughter of Gustav and Anikó Weinberger. The postcard was sent from the Békés family to Gustav Weinberger. Correspondence contains updates on the Weinberger, Békés and Ullmann families. The correspondence was under supervision of Captain Soós. This collection of correspondence was used as part of the research for the following book: Kalman Naves, Elaine. Journey to Vaja: Reconstructing the World of a Hungarian-Jewish Family. Montreal: McGill-Queen's University Press, 1996. Print.
