- Fonds consists of 24 photographs scanned from a photo album compiled by Zelda Soloway Adessky between 1949 and 1952. Not all photographs were scanned but a representative sample of those relating to Camp B'nai B'rith where she was a counselor in 1949 and 1952. Other photographs of her time at the Montreal Jewish General Hospital were also scanned. Fonds also contains Zelda's obituary and an article about her funeral which Rabbi Bulka attended.

- Zelda (Soloway) Adessky (b.1933 - d.1998) was the daughter of Rachel and Harry Soloway. She attended Talmud Torah in Ottawa and became a counselor at Camp B'nai B'rith. She pursued a career in nursing and spent over 38 years at the Montreal Jewish General Hospital. She was the valedictorian of the Hospital's first graduating class. Zelda married Irving Adessky who later became mayor of Hampstead. They had 5 children and 14 grandchildren.
