Custodial History

Image found by a later occupant of Mr. Cohen's home or business premises in a disused garage. These materials were sold along with other contents of the garage in mid-1993 to a picker named Mr. Belanger who broke up the collection and sold the photos of Mr. Cohen's store to "Larry" a former OPP officer who collects and deals in Ottawa Valley ephemera. The present collection was bought from Mr. Belanger by Bennet McCardle at the Bently Aveue Flea Market Ottawa on September 12, 1993.
