- Lance Corporal Carl Rosenberg of Windsor, Ontario, was reported wounded in action in France on July 21, 1944. Lance Corporal Rosenberg enlisted on September 15, 1939, and proceeded overseas the following June. He was overseas nearly six years and was repatriated on March 19, 1946. Soon after he was discharged, he died of natural causes. His sister, Prob. Wren Pearl Rosenberg, served in the W.R.C.N.S., and a brother, P.O. Reuben Rosenberg, served in the R.C.A.F.
