- B&W, indoors. 27 children pose for class portrait in three rows. Painted backdrop. Two male teachers sit in centre of lowest row; the one on left is balding, wears a blazer, sits with arms and legs crossed. The one on right wears a suit and tie. Document is a postcard. Narrative: The donors parents were Meilach Magid and Yocheved Bejlach, both teachers. They came to Canada in 1921, returned to Poland, and then settled in Canada in 1924. Meilach graduated from McGill in 1929. He was the principal of United Talmud Torah School and later founded Herzliah High School in 1946.
